Elmore County Lynching Memorial

Partner: Elmore County Black History Museum
Purpose: An oral history project about Black women’s history, an ongoing exhibit about lynching victims in Elmore County, and curating the southeast’s largest collection of Black funeral pamphlets.

Alabama Memory Project

Partner: The University of Alabama
Purpose: A class and ongoing research project dedicated to memorializing and researching the lives of lynching victims in Alabama.

Alabama Memory Digital Hosting Platform

Partner: The University of Alabama
Purpose: A website dedicated to memorializing the lives of lynching victims in Alabama and making them accessible to the community.

Hale County Oral History Project (completed May 2021)

Partner: Safe House Black History Museum, Greensboro, Alabama
Purpose: Helped collect the oral histories of local citizens during the Civil Rights Movement.
